I had a problem on Steam that was driving me crazy: it give me a bsod if I downloaded games after a certain speed. I had to limit the download speed for the PC not to crash. After a long time I found out the problem: it was the overclock on my memory ram. They were 2400mhz overclocked to 3000. When I turned them back to default the problem stopped.

Now I bought a new gpu and the problem is back again even when they are in the default speed! I don’t get it.

What’s the problem here? Ram? Motherboard? I wonder if I bought better ram it would solve the problem or not.
