Recently I purchased Samsung Care+ for my new Galaxy Z Fold5, and I was sent an email asking me to fill out a Post Purchase Declaration form asking for proof of purchase, picture of the front of screen with IMEI, and picture of back of screen. I filled this out without any issues, and I didn’t receive any email confirming success or failure. Now, I’ve received a second email asking me for the same information. Is it possible that my submission didn’t go through? According to the Samsung Care portal I’m covered, but I don’t want to take the risk of my Care+ being invalid.
