Aloha! Lifelong Hawaiian Steelers fan here. Leaving the islands and visiting the 'Burgh for the first time ever, in fact this will be my very first trip to your part of the country! I’m lucky and blessed enough to be going to both Cards and Pats game this coming week. Now I can easily Google must see places and go to eats, but here in the islands it is always better to do what the locals do. So what do you yinzers do in between game days for fun? Any Steel City traditions that I must experiece especially during this time of the year? I’ve never experienced snow in my life. Absolute must do on game days? I’ll be for sure hitting all the tourists spots but I’m more interested in what the locals do.

There are no professional sports here in the islands and I haven’t been to the mainland much to go to any. Not sure if I can scrape up the funds to make another visit so this is my one chance! You can just imagine how stoked this braddah is!! Any tips to make this the most memorable ever is greatly appreciated. Much Mahalos and HERE WE GO!!!

If it helps any, the Herbig braddahs and Chris Fuamatu-Ma’afala graduated from the same high school as my nephew, and I’m from the same town as Tyson Alu’alu and Breiden Fehoko. Just wanted to throw that in there…🤣

Please remember to dress warm! Layers are king when it’s cold and especially in the wind. Long sleeve, sweatshirt and jacket if the weather is below 20!
