I've Never Actually Burned Out a Spark Plug

With that in mind, is this actually in need or replacement? Have a cylinder 1 misfire, and I’m praying it’s just the spark plug.

Replacing anyway, and I’m getting the igniter coil tested. These are the spark plugs that came with the vehicle when I got it, so worst case scenario is they have 115k miles on them
