Hey everyone,

So I bought a 2019 Model SR+ with about 90,000KM on it (around 56000 miles) back in January and while my experience with the car has been pretty enjoyable the only thing that has bugged me is range.

Going through winter I get about 85KM on a 90% charge and through the rest of the seasons I get about 180-200 KM (various websites say brand new it should be 386 km and yes i fully expect some degradation but losing that much seems pretty excessive).

I was just curious with other people’s experience in dealing with more than expected range loss and if there’s a way to accurately measure without going to the dealer if my cars range is where it should be.

Also if you have taken your car in for service how was dealing with a replacement battery or the diagnostics of range issues?

I plan to take my car in for service before my battery warranty expires (i still got 3 years 50,000KM) just to see what they would recommend but was curious what others have done.
