    See guys… ESL is what make DotA great again when the first party doing bad. Be thankful that DotA still made this far despite the controversial issue, or else it would ended up like Blizzard competitive game scenes

    I heard rumors that middle east is going to put large enough prize money just for the game to be alive . I don’t know what is the motive though. Are they investing in the e sports section now?

    Frankly after the shitshow that was called bali major and lima major, I don’t mind. ESL does an awesome job at organizing tournaments.

    DPC was made primarily to foster new teams and players for Div 2 and to give people a salary to live on.

    ESL has no such plans. All they are doing is taking over what was essentially Div 1 and the Majors. It’s back to pre-DPC. You either make millions or next to nothing.

      That happened when Pandemic was around. Before that the DPC system were Minor & Major system which were at least… much better than boring DPC regional league
