Let me preface this by saying I’m a console guy, never jived with PC, always used Mac for work and Consoles for gaming, but god the Deck might’ve converted me.

I’ve had my Deck a month now and I just have to say, this thing is incredible. Elden Ring, Maxxed out and still getting a solid 30. Death Stranding Maxxed out and SO close to a locked 60. Red Dead 2, my favourite game of all time, damn near Maxxed out and still hitting a solid 30 even in towns. All this and it’s still handheld, mental.

Even though I have the LCD, the screen is still great. 16:10 is so nice, that little extra space really helps. Also looks much better than my Switch’s screen.

And best of all being able to dock it oh what a godsend, you don’t know true love until you play Elden Ring docked on the Deck upscaled to 4K, it’s phenomenal.

This is without a doubt my favourite console of all time, definitely going to be getting the Deck 2 when it comes out.
