I am looking to register an ABN for a product I have in mind, but I am extremely new to this and have a few questions.

Example below;

Say I want to call my product, FatCat, but there is currently an ABN registered for FatCat, can I not name my product this? Can I name my product and/or do an ABN with Fat Cat (space in the middle) or does it need to be completely different?

Ive found a great name I love but it is taken by an ABN, can i make any alterations or can I simply still use the name for a product?
