Guys .I got a really bad experience in giving my car in a garage .Once I just met a mechanic in a garage on qusais .So I just told him to repair my window door and he did it really well and gave him some money.Again a jgpt another issue with my car and I went there and he did it well .So I thought of doing a full checkup from him because that garage is owned by a emarati and I gcaller him and he cam to my place and he took the car to the garage and 1 whole day he wasted by saying he didn’t get the parts b cause Sharjah was having holiday that day .so I agreed and then I went straight to the garage next day morning and at that time another guy was there and I’m confused about which garage is this .totally different and I called the guy which I given he told me that this is another shop it’s good like that .And again 1 more day gone and nothing has done only the suspension has changed rest nothing changed .The whole 3 days he wasted and only suspension he fixed and I gave him 1000 aed for the parts and I asked him the invoice still he is unable to give me the invoice .

Can I give any complaints against him and where should I file the complaint please advise
