Laptop Can't Do Video Capture

I’m having a weird issue on my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop. I am trying to use it to capture video, but multiple cards all show a yellow exclamation mark in Debice Manager. I verified the cards work successfully on a separate system.

I verified that I can connect a USB to the ports, and the audio device looks good.
