How do you “restick” this little piece of vinyl? It keeps slowly sliding off it’s position over the course of an hour and I have to peel it off and reposition about 2x or 3x a day.
I’ve tried removing the sticker, cleaning the button, then using a hairdryer to reheat and then reapply firmly.
I’ve had this Gameboy Vinyl skin for almost 10 months now, and this button skin problem only showed up about 8 months in, and infrequently.
Help is much appreciated!
If you want to keep this look, you’re going to have to just keep buying them to replace with new versions. There’s just too much friction on something like face buttons for any adhesive to withstand indefinitely. Once it starts coming off, it’s done.
