Would offering a service to connect clients with tattoo shops and artists be profitable?

So I was wondering if someone was to start a business connecting clients to tattoo shops and artists if that could be profitable and could eventually scale it. I just haven’t seen this type of service before so I’m just curious if this even seems like something that could make good money and work
