SD Card size don't fit

So I have a Samsung evo+ SD Card, 64gb.

I have a bunch of files on it and in the windows explorer, it tells me I have 2.5gb free, out of 59.6. But when I go on the SD card itself, select all the files (including hidden ones) and look up the properties, it says I only have 39.4gb of files.

Where does the other 20gb come from?
