I recently called my isp and asked about my speed being lower than im paying for. Everytime i test i get 500 mbps but my plan is 1gbps. They told me it was a hardware cap on my pc but i looked on the internet and didnt see anything about that. My Ethernet says 25/40gb and in my internet settings it says 1000/1000 (Mbps).
