How do you manage the photos of parcels that serve as proof of complete dispatch from the warehouse? What would be the easiest solution? My email storage space is constantly full and I want to avoid employees deleting emails with the parcel photos.
Should I switch to a cloud solution or store the photos on an external device, such as an external hard drive?
