    There was quite a few of those two, I remember telling my wife that someone’s head was way across before the snap and no call.

    Didn’t the Browns also get spotted 3 on a PI called on Woolen? I seem to recall him making a pretty clean play to bat a 3rd down pass away and got called for PI for gently grazing the receiver with his other hand.
