intel 12400, 32gb Ram two channel, rtx 3090 also i tried 6600xt , (144 FPS lock)
also i use gamemoderun, shader cache disabled in steam settings
I understand that many people could tolerate it, but most FPS fans would simply return to Windows
maybe there are other ways to reduce lags?
Probably i found workaround, enabled shader cache, yes it will stutter some times, when you on new location, but after that , but on the old locations the stutters seems gone
i will continue testing it anyway
