Victoria government says it has been advised it must repay money collected from EV road tax. The Opposition wants it back in EV drivers accounts by Christmas.

Of course the AUS government would charge evs a tax per mile, lol

it was only one state, and the national government was against it, and actually supported the legal challenge.
