    I like how this is worded like he said they definitely should bench Carr for Winston. He said they might have to start looking at that possibility because Carr is inconsistent but says right before that he doesn’t know how Jameis is performing in the offense during practice.

    You guys wanting to start Jameis over Carr are delusional. Winston is probably gone next year. Even he did play well and we made the playoffs what’s the difference? We lose in the first round and have Carr under contract next year. So we’ll have a guy we openly gave up on penciled in as the starter and no contingency.

    I’m not saying Carr is good but Winston is not better, especially with our terrible play calling. It makes no sense to make a change like that.

    Our best bet is to ride it out with Carr and look to adding a rookie next year that we’re not going to have to pay starter level money to and let him sit for a year. If you want an answer for this year, I don’t know what to tell you. It’s way too late in the year to do anything. Put Taysom in for the red zone and just run the ball more in general and stop making Carr throw so damn much.
