So I work for a small company on a domain network, we recently got some new windows 11 PC’s and while adding the print server to them some show up with it while others had “windows cannot access”. I am not very knowledgeable about networks or Print servers, but my first thought was “maybe the certain users don’t have permission.” But while logging to the same computer as different users that worked on others it didn’t change anything, so I have crossed this out. I have plugged the computers into different places that had computers pull print server, and sadly still nothing. Additional info, it is not only windows 11 computers I am currently on a windows 10 and have the same issue. I am wondering if its a setting that I messed up on something or something else, if anyone can help I would appreciate it!
