I want to see partey in the 8 role with rice as 6. I think partey will thrive playing xhaka’s position - he’s got better final passing and goal threat from outside the box.

i think we have enough cover for Zinny’s defensive woes tho. getting covered by Rice, Partey, big Gabi and Saliba would give him the freedom to cook in his inverted role imo

it does but the cover that Zinny will receive from Gabriel, Rice, Nelli and Partey should be adequate imo
