Hello I was wondering now that there is no more overwatch league. Will ever past overwatch league skin come to rotation ? like the purple knight mercy skin or the wicked moira ?

We do not know. They have not make any announcement on it.
It is to be noted that there hasn’t been an OWL shop reset in 30 days now (Since last November). Normally OWL shop reset every 2-3 weeks (It’s not weekly, but it’s also not 30 days.
