In Canada, my 2020 Corolla SE has worn-out 18-inch OEM alloy tires and 16-inch metal rim winter tires. I also dislike seeing huge tires in one season and cheap ones in another. Considering buying one set (to save money) of quality alloys and two same-size tires for winter and summer.
What’s the ideal size for both seasons?
I’m aware the mechanic may charge extra for tire swaps since I have only one set of rims, and it involves balancing each time. Seeking advice if this is a bad idea.
