Generic MoCa adapters?

Hello!

I have been looking for some used MoCa adapters for my sister’s house so I can help her hard wire her mesh units. I was checking ebay and found these generic MoCa adapter pairs for cheap. They are advertised as 2.5 with gigabit LAN (she doesn’t need higher than that). I was planning on buying a few pairs to test them but wanted to check with the community and know if anyone has already tried these? BTW, I have seen these popup on Amazon.
