Going to https://www.openstreetmap.org/ times out, I am also using cloudflare with DoH and tried other DNS providers as well, so this really leaves me a bit unsure of how they are blocking it. Works flawlessly over TOR, downloading TOR was an odd one, initially blocked in the same way a hub of popular adult content is where they seem to be changing the SSL certificate of the site, then tried again later and the download worked just fine.

Not that it mattered either way as I had TOR downloaded from before. But it does leave the question, how are they blocking sites and other than TOR, how do I get around it?
