Kinda random, but not a game day so why not?

Anyway, I saw all of Bird’s career, so I have seen a lot. I did not see what when he was drafted but it would not have mattered since he was drafted before the 1979 run; so the excitement level may not have been that high. I imagine excitement level will be biased toward the highest picks, but I feel like there are many mid to late round choices that received a decent amount of hype.

Anyway, the three guys I was most excited about in all my years (from 3 to 1) were JB (3), Len Bias (2), and…Ron Mercer (1). Obviously failed miserably on my #1.

Alternatively, I was not excited about JT at all. Didn’t hate it; just didn’t see it.

    Gerald Green

Its sad that it took him so long to figure it out, and only after he left Boston. Because he literally had all the tools.

I forgot who said this on the broadcast once, it could have been Tommy. Kid can shoot. He can jump out the building. He’s super athletic. He just doesn’t know how to play basketball yet.
