Fiber gateway and Google Wifi

I have an AT&T BGW320 gateway and 3 Google Wifi pucks. Currently have the main puck wired to the gateway and other 2 in wireless mesh.

Should the gateway be in IP Passthrough mode?
Should all wired devices be connected to the Google WiFi pucks or can I still use the Ethernet ports on the gateway?
Should the gateway WiFi be disabled?
Is it the same if I set up wired backhaul?
