Hey Chiefs Kingdom,

I’ve noticed a lot of threads lately about the “right” and “wrong” types of posts in this subreddit. I think it’s important to remember that the NFL is, at its core, a spectator sport. We’re all fans here, but none of us are calling plays, making tackles, or catching touchdowns. We’re spectators, and that’s totally okay.

The beauty of being a fan is that we all engage with the sport in our own unique ways. Some of us love diving into stats and player performance, while others are here for the memes and social interaction. And guess what? That’s all fine. Our diversity in how we enjoy the game should be reflected in the diversity of posts we have here.

If you come across a post that doesn’t resonate with you, it’s as simple as scrolling past it. No need to gatekeep what should or shouldn’t be posted. We’re all here because we love the Chiefs and the game of football. Let’s focus on that shared love rather than policing how others engage with it.

We can’t control the outcome of the games, what plays Reid decides to call, or even who he puts on the roster. but we can control how we interact with each other in this community. Let’s just have fun with it.
