I’m 16 starting to workout and was wondering if this protein drink is worth it. I have a lot of them at home so once I’m done a workout I drink one. Will it help with gaining muscle? Also do you guys know what type of diet I should have? I weigh 155lb and I’m 5’9. I usually eat a banana with Greek yogurt and a espresso shot in the morning, and at lunch I have a cliff bar with one of the Fairlife drinks. At dinner I just have whatever my parents make. Will that type of diet get me anywhere for building muscle?
