USB flash drive showing No media.

I have recently used the flash drive in macbook for as bootable. But after formatting it from mac. It’s not showing in PC and Mac as well.?

Any solution for this?

I checked by installing chipgenius but it’s showing unknown device…

It’s a Sony 32GB.
