Hi sorry but of a strange question. Where do you all find the time to fit enough protein in without messing up a calorie deficit?
I’m several years recovered from a major sports career that messed me up bad about my body image and on track to lower weight in a healthy way. But I cannot seem to fit anywhere close to enough protein in my diet despite what I try.
I’m 6’8" 290 and I run about 1900 calories ish but I can only get like max 38g of protein in that. Where should I be adding more?
Cooking skill, avaliablity and price (within reason), are no object anything helps
