Wheel size

Hi all. I have a 2006 Highlander. The all of the tires have a slow leak which I’m assuming due to pitting in the alloy rims. I’m having trouble finding affordable rims that are the same size (225/65r17). Would I be able to use the same bolt pattern (5x114.3) rims that have 235/65r17 tires? There seem to be quite a few used sets of that size in my area. Thanks in advance, and happy Friday!
