Any ideas for a small business holiday party? I have about 6 staff plus myself, everyone else is remote. Most of them are young and somewhat introverted, into gaming… what I have done previous years:

• Go cart racing + Korean bbq
• Local fun zone (bowling, arcade, laser tag, etc)
• formal dinner at a high end local restaurant with significant others (this one I felt like was the worst, no one talked to each other and I felt like everyone was outside their comfort zone).

Looking for ideas for this year, something fun and not too pretentious…. Also ideas on what do do for the remote staff (if anything, besides just bonus which they are already getting)
