Searched a bit for this, but suspect that I haven’t found the magic combination of whittled down terms to return useful results.
Does anyone have a vendor or service provider that allows new hires to fill out their tax paperwork (W4, I9 and State if possible) electronically?
I’m looking for as hands off as possible, so essentially we can provide a link, and they would go in and fill it out. the third party would handle the electronic signature requirements, etc. and send a copy to our office. Even being able to fill this out electronically and then print to sign would be great.
It seems like the IRS, in their infinite wisdom, has made the worksheets significantly more complicated in an effort to simplify them, and most employees can’t figure it out anymore. The hassle of incomplete or incorrect forms is becoming such a pain I’d be willing to pay to avoid it.
