Got a tire put on recently, they said I have steering problems but didn’t specify. I changed my own oil the next day, I can wiggle the wheel left to right and it moves and makes some noise. That is tie rods, correct? How can I be sure? And how do I know if I need outer, inner, or both replaced? Would like to do it myself.
