Outside of Lavine, Siakim and OG, are there any REALISTIC mid to high level trade targets that we can get? In terms of realistic mid level trade targets, only ones I can think of is Buddy Hield and Pistons Bodganvic

    Problem is neither actually help us win a title. Both can’t defend for shit and will get hunted when we play Boston, Milwaukee, Cleveland etc

    There are really plenty of decent options:

    • Markannen + Clarkson: Might be too expensive
    • Kuzma + Tyus: Good for this year and Kuzma doesn’t limit future flexibility that much on his deal
    • DFS + Dinwiddie: Good long-term wing on a good contract and expiring backup guard

    We won’t get anyone who can bring us closer to a championship. But, Caruso is the best fit considering what our team needs, culture (which people love to simply ignore), and who will actually be dealt.

    The grizzlies aren’t going to blow it up before seeing how Morant changes their team dynamic. Jazz aren’t going to trade Markannen, period. Kuzma and Klay are viable fits but they demand a ton of value that we might not be willing to fork up.
