Pretty much every game has better evil powers.

Too many things to list in Skyrim (beware spoilers).

If you destroy the Dark Brotherhood, you get 3,000 gold as a reward. You get over WAY more by joining them and doing the quests, plus more unique armor and weapons.

You can't kill the theives guild at all, some members can die but most can't. And you don't get anything for *not* joining them, at no point do you have to, but you just miss out on content if you don't.

And at the end of the main quest, you're supposed to kill Parthuunax, which I guarantee nobody wanted to do. You miss out on content if you don't kill him, and if you do, you'll be able to reform the blades.

Dark Watch. Evil powers felt better than good powers.

Pathfinder wrath of the righteous does a really good bad path

this game have a system called mythic paths.
and there is pure evil paths that are really really well done like the Lich path

you can become a GIGA LICH, create you LICHDOM and become a bigger menace that the main antagonist of the history of the game.

really cool game with a lot of content and replayability

Honestly, I can’t think of any. Even if you get more stuff, the more rewarding story is almost always being good. If you want to really stretch some definitions, sandboxes like Kenshi or Rimworld that don’t really have a story, and Far Cry 3s “evil” ending choice ties up the narrative better.

Baldur’s Gate 3, specifically as the Dark Urge. You get all kinds of cool items and characters if you lean into it. I can barely play an evil playthrough on anything but in BG3 I freaking love it.

Black and white offered funny consequences to being evil. So no real payoff other than having a funny time.
