Dota 2 is a CPU-intensive game.

weirdly whenever i run hwinfo fps goes up to 144 for a miute or two then goes back down again, this is repeatable every time i do this it goes up then down

Did you plug the monitor into GPU or Motherboard connection?

fixed it kinda, by reinstalling chipset drivers but the problem is after a reboot or restart game runs in abysmal fps again, i dont think reinstalling chipset driver eveytime is a fix at all
