    We never have foresight. I wanted Howell when he fell a few years back but they had zero interest. Also wanted Levis when he fell this year. At some point you have to take one of the fallers and try to develop someone.

    It’s not a terrible idea imo, too many rookie qbs are forced to sink or swim and then sink. It’s hard to come back if you’ve been relegated to a backup because you weren’t very good for 2 years starting
