Remaking games while on ranked restriction counts as having played a game, therefore you just have to remake 5 Normal or Quickplay games to end the restriction.

This is definitely a huge breach which is highlighting once again that Riot is not thinking through when they implement punishments. What is the solution:
The only way you prevent trolling in those game modes or remake-abusing is to require a ranked restricted player to WIN five games in order to lift the restriction. This would be a perfect penalty requirement while preserving the integrity of those game modes, and ultimately making sure that more players in Ranked will behave in the future. Otherwise, they would have to actually invest time in modes where they initially don’t want to be in.
