Carr was playing great today before he got hurt. If you say otherwise you are just hating at this point.

The team seemed to rally around Carr and he stepped up when called on. Can’t ask for much more
When we went down 21-0, I was convinced that Carr was going to have a meltdown and there was no way a comeback was possible.
But instead, the Saints were excellent in the red zone and moved the ball efficiently. Carr made the plays when and where we needed to; even if that meant getting out of the way at times.
10 yards per attempt is great. It’s nice to see he’s capable of this but unless he puts together a few games like this in a row, I still see him as a bad QB whom I’d like to move on from ASAP.
Terrific analysis.
But why is he out after every time he gets tackled… This is like the 3rd/4th time this happens
We should have stuck with Taysom after Carr went out
Dude I saw some idiot say Carr quit to put jameis in a bad position. Meaning after Carr completed 15 passes in a row and mounting a comeback that would have saved him with the fan base he quit, so the loss would be on Jameis. WOW just wow! The sad part is people agreed with him! Like these Jameis Stan’s are on another level! Has to be dumbest take I’ve ever heard!
Neither turnover was remotely his fault. If he doesn’t get hurt we probably don’t lose because he was moving the ball. My bad for rooting for my team and seeing the positive.
here we go with this bullshit again.
the motherfucker had 1 TD with two turnovers. He didn’t “play great.” He found Olave wide a few times (one of the times being a horribly underthrown ball that Olave had to come back to barely catch) and did everything he SHOULD’VE been doing as a veteran QB who’s being paid 150 Million.
This fanbase is a bunch of bootlicking losers and i’m so fucking over it. Why are you sitting here talking about how “great” Carr was playing. We lost the game. We’re 5-7. Atlanta is gonna win the division.
Stop being a bunch of bend overs.
Carr isn’t bad at throwing, it’s just all his other fundamentals that suck. Like he’s so unaware in the pocket it’s painful and his ability to make good reads is just so inconsistent.
Just look at what happened whenever Carr left and Winston came in …. WOW! Winston was so awful!!! I mean that’ll hopefully put to rest to debate as to who should be starting. All that said, NONE of these QB’s are the direction I’d like to see the Saints go for the future. I’d personally like to see them go after one the talented QB’s coming out in this years draft. And then build the team around them. Along with new Head Coach and new OC.
He played 1 quarter and a bit. Took most of the first half off. Then took a Waambulance, which has become his norm. Fans did a great job of making him sad.
