I’d be tempted to trade green so Thompson and Whitmore get more playing time. Green is who he is at this point. He’s fairly useless if he isn’t able to score efficiently, which means he’s a bust. Sengun affects the game in different ways regardless of scoring or not, which separates average players from the great players.
Unlike most skills, ball handling is incredibly hard to improve significantly late in life. You either got it or you don’t at this point. He’s also way too inconsistent to get anything more than a role player contract like Reaves.
