    No, Rivera making a push to keep his job and wasting another year’s worth of draft picks including the 2nd and 3rd we got for Sweat and Chase, then going 7-10 in 2024 would not be funny.

    We have a lot of talent on defence, whether we want to acknowledge that or not. They clearly weren’t playing inspired football, looked to be on autopilot. That said sometimes a wake up call is exactly what an underperforming unit needs. I’m not sure Ron will factor in a great deal but I could totally see this being a trap game where the entire world is expecting the Dolphins to win by 50 points. What does the Commanders defense have to lose? Just go out there and ball out.

    First game.this season I’m more excited to see this defense. If the calls are radically different then that will say alot about hoe hands off Rivera has been on defense and we can assume on offense too. Meaning, at the end of they day, this offense is a total reflection of EB, good or bad.
