Like ppl want Tepper to step back and let the football ppl do their job, but if he’s like “well Jerry can do it why can’t I?”

Ik Jerry’s always had a “too involved with the team” stigma about him. But with everything that’s been happening in Carolina these past few years (especially this one) I was curious of y’all’s opinion on how similar Tepper is to Jerry in his earlier years owning the team…and like not the bad decisions themselves but his over involvement/micromanaging

And with the team in a good spot rn how y’all currently feel about his (Jerry) ownership style rn and going forward?
