I have a couple of Heat gear I wear when I go to the gym, the pandemic made me chubby so I’ve been consistently in the gym ever since late 2020. If Pat can do push ups at 70+ then I wanna be able to do so as well.

When I play pickup nowadays, I don’t look to score but to be an absolute menace on defense like my GOAT Haywood Highsmith fr fr

I love the squad and have had Heat in my veins for 13 years. No way do I apply that intensity to everyday life though.
