All I am drawing a blank with my van. This is what happened:

  • went to put gas and then would not turn on at the pump.

  • I checked fuses for fuel pump and nothing looks blown.

  • checked fuel pressure by pressing the little nipple on the fuel rails and there is no pressure at all

  • fuel pump does not prime

  • I dropped the tank and it was very clean and went ahead and changed the fuel pump.

  • still no prime noise or fuel pressure

  • swapped out the PCM with a known working PCM of the same year and still only crank and no fuel pressure or prime noise.

I am at a loss on where to look next and would appreciate any advice.
