A bit of an edge case question here.

I realized that Lemon Squeezy uses Stripe underneath after I signed up to it. But we already have a Stripe account which we process on.

Does this cause some kind of duplication in Stripe’s database or flag us for compliance issue because maybe to Stripe it looks like we signed up twice?

We already process 7 figures annually on Stripe, but we signed up to Lemon Squeezy with the thinking that we would let Stripe handle 90% of the processing and let Lemon Squeezy handle the EU payments only (to simplify the VAT remittance).

Ideally we want to run these side by side until we can get our VAT reporting process running in-house which will take a couple of years.

Thanks
