I have a landscaping business. In the process of rebranding.
New Logo, new name, new and expanding on services. Same owners
Current name: “Sanchez Landscaping Inc”
New name: “Shorter catchier name” (Dont want it stolen)
Already have a new logo created for the new name and Im ready to start using it for clothing, truck decals and marketing for the upcoming year.
But what happens to all my business accounts that are associated with my existing TAX ID # and the existing name?
Am I able to use my new name with my existing TAX ID?
- Can I just go to my banks and inform them of my new name?
- Same with Vendors and stores I have accounts with?
Or do I need to start from scratch and register with a new TAX ID #?
I’m Located in GA
