Hey guys!

I recently moved into an apartment that has internet included as a part of the rent. With where the complex is located, only this provider can run lines, so every apartment came with a router installed into the ceiling.

It’s impossible for me to run an ethernet cable from the router to my PC, so I was wondering if it’s at all possible for me to buy my own router and use it to connect to the existing connection.

My best guess would be no, considering the wiring, but I thought I’d at least ask. I’ve included a picture of the router if that helps!

Thanks!
