It really felt during the Bears game that he was gonna ball out of his mind this season, then in the next few games reality set in. His first year as a starter, it became clear that he’s gonna have to learn how to avoid sacks, manage judgment of the pocket, read defenses etc. He was going to need to find his style of play so to speak, and the past few games have shown me he’s our guy. I really believe it. He needs work on some things for sure, deep balls are truly 50/50, his throws under pressure don’t look ideal but he’s not turning the ball over and that’s the biggest takeaway for me right now. So I told myself if we win this game, arguably the most important game of the season for us, I’d pull the trigger on the jersey. Can’t wait to see how the rest of the season goes if we can manage to stay healthy. GO PACK GO!
